Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every order for custom kraft boxes placed with The Kraft Boxes, Office 704, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR.
Quotes
Every order is priced on a written quote for the style, size, board, print and quantity you give us. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
Proofs and approval
We send a free digital proof before production. You are responsible for checking spelling, sizes, colours and positions. Production starts only after you approve the proof in writing.
Colour and materials
Kraft board is a natural material and its shade varies slightly between batches. Ink on kraft looks warmer and darker than on white board or on screen. These variations are normal.
Production and delivery
Production takes 4–6 business days after approval. Delivery is free and tracked to UK addresses only and takes 2–3 business days. Dates are estimates and we will tell you promptly about any delay.
Payment
Payment terms are shown on your quote. Orders go into production once payment, or an agreed purchase order, is received.
Reprints and refunds
Misprints, wrong sizes and damage reported within 10 days of delivery with photos are reprinted or refunded. Custom boxes cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Artwork
You confirm you have the right to use any artwork you send us. We only use your artwork to make your boxes.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights.

How long is a quote valid?
30 days from the date on the quote, unless the quote says otherwise.
When does production start?
Once you approve the design proof in writing and payment or an agreed purchase order is in place.
Can I cancel an order?
Before you approve the proof, yes, at no cost. After approval the boxes are made specially for you, so cancellation may not be possible.
Who owns the artwork?
You do. We only use it to make your boxes and never reuse it.
Why might my boxes look slightly different between orders?
Kraft is a natural board and its shade varies a little from batch to batch. We keep the print consistent, but some variation is normal.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
They are estimates. We plan around any deadline you give us and tell you straight away if anything changes.
Which law applies to these terms?
The law of England and Wales.
Do these terms apply to business customers?
Yes, to business and private customers alike. Private customers keep their statutory rights.
What if I need to change my size after approving the proof?
Contact us at once. If production has not started we send a new proof and an updated written price.
