How We Pack and Track Orders
- We deliver to UK addresses only.
- Flat-packed styles arrive in bundles inside outer cartons, so they store neatly.
- Tubes and made-up boxes are packed so they keep their shape.
- You receive a tracking link by email when the order leaves us.

How much does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is free and tracked for every order to a UK address.
How long does delivery take?
2–3 business days after production. Production itself takes 4–6 business days from proof approval.
Can I split an order between two addresses?
Yes, within the UK. Tell us the quantities for each address before production starts.
Do I need to be in to receive my boxes?
Someone should be available to accept the parcels. If nobody is in, the courier will leave a card or try again.
How are flat boxes packed?
In bundles inside sturdy outer cartons, so they arrive flat, clean and easy to store until you fold them.
Can you deliver to a warehouse or fulfilment centre?
Yes. Give us the booking reference or delivery instructions and we will add them to the shipment.
What if my parcel is late?
Check the tracking link first, then contact us and we will chase it with the courier.
What if a carton arrives crushed?
Take photos before you unpack it and contact us within 10 days. We reprint or refund boxes that are damaged in transit.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands and islands?
Yes. Every UK address gets the same free tracked delivery, though remote areas can take an extra day.
Can I pay for faster delivery?
We do not offer paid express delivery. If you have a deadline, tell us when you request the quote and we will plan the schedule around it.
