What details do you need for a kraft box quote?
The box style, the inside size in millimetres, the quantity and how you want it printed. If you are unsure about any of these, describe the product and we will suggest them.
How quickly will I get my quote?
Within one business day of your request, by email. Simple requests often come back sooner.
Can I ask for prices at several quantities?
Yes. Mention the quantities in the notes, for example 250, 500 and 1,000, and the quote will show each one.
Is the quote binding?
No. A quote is a written price for the details you gave. You decide whether to go ahead after you have seen it and the design proof.
Do I need finished artwork to get a quote?
No. A logo file is enough to start. Our designers place it on the box and you can refine the design on the proof.
Can I quote for more than one box style at once?
Yes. Send one request and list each style and size in the notes, or send separate requests if that is easier.
What if I do not know my box size?
Send the size of your product instead. We add the right clearance for the style and confirm the inside size on the quote.
Will the price change after I approve the proof?
Not for the details on your quote. If you change the size, quantity or print afterwards, we send an updated written price first.
Can I attach files to the quote form?
Yes. Attach up to five files of logos, sketches or product photos, up to 3 MB in total.
Do you charge for samples of my design?
The digital proof is free. If you would like a physical sample before a full order, mention it and we will include it in the quote.
